The mission of Housing Network of RI is to:

• provide a forum for communication and resource sharing among non-profit housing developers and others who support their goals;
• identify resources and create delivery systems to build the organizational and technical capacity of non-profits;
• promote policies and programs that facilitate the development of affordable housing by non-profits;
• increase awareness of non-profit housing corporations as important tools in addressing RI’s housing and community development needs.

Fundraising & Administrative Percentage 12%

In alignment with our mission of supporting the CDC members and promoting affordable housing in general, our programs focus on advocacy, education and capacity building. The Homeownership Connection, started in 1995, works with members on providing homeownership education/counseling to low-moderate income Rhode Islanders and serves 1,200 annually.
